 f within 10 years from the date of purchase, the Shower Smart Faucet fails to work properly due to a defect in the material or workmanship, Heat Exchangers NF Inc. will replace or repair the Shower Smart Faucet, free of charge, provided the unit is shipped freight prepaid to the factory or an authorized service depot. This warranty excludes the liability from any and all consequential damage due to misuse and/or malfunction of the Shower Smart Faucet.
